*     Please be sure to fill In ALL areas of the online payment form. You will need to also mention in the NOTES area at the bottom of the payment form, WHO the payment is for, and WHAT the payment is for. This sends an email of all information on the form to the church accountant which she forwards to the Recreation Department, we want to make sure any online payments are credited to the correct area.
